Meet the Team

  • MANAGING PARTNER

    Ryan is a natural leader who was born with real estate in his blood. After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, he co-founded a prominent green real estate consulting firm, developing a deep understanding of the financial benefits of sustainability for building owners. 

    The desire to build the future he wanted, not only for himself and his family, but for others too is what sparked Ryan to start RMP. Investors enjoy Ryan’s analytical intelligence and natural abilities to build meaningful relationships and creatively problem solve.

    As passionate about adventure as he is about business, Ryan can be found skiing, biking, or enjoying the outdoors with his wife and daughter on the weekends.

  • ADMINISTRATOR

     A results-driven professional with over a decade of experience in executive-level administration and operations, and project management. She holds a B.S. in Health Systems Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has successfully led strategic initiatives across corporate, nonprofit, clean energy technology, and medical sectors.

    Joslyn excels in executive support, operational management, and stakeholder engagement, optimizing workflows and driving organizational efficiency. She has a proven ability to manage high-level projects, streamline processes, and foster collaboration across teams.

    Outside of work, Joslyn enjoys spending time with her husband, bear-free nature walks, reading captivating novels, and trying out the new restaurants in town. 

  • STRATEGIC ADVISOR

    Maddie is a results-driven business maven who brings a savvy, forward-thinking approach. With a degree from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and experience at Macy's and Levi Strauss & Co., she thrives on turning complex challenges into strategic opportunities

    Maddie’s zone of genius is in helping brands and businesses achieve operational excellence. While still involved as a strategic advisor at RMP, she has recently partnered in a new venture with Strambecco.

    Outside of work, Maddie is an avid hiker, cyclist, and skier who loves teaching her kids about the adventures of the outdoors.

  • IMPLEMENTATION OFFICER CONSULTANT

    Peter has the ability to see the bits and the whole of investments. He has worked in the alternative space for the last seven years, focused on Real Estate the last three. He enjoys problem solving and finding ways to de-risk acquisitions, while finding operational efficiencies to increase upside to investors. Peter really enjoys due diligence and is constantly trying to uncover what he does not know to build the most realistic picture.

    Operational strategy comes naturally to Peter from his days ski racing at an elite level where margins are incredibly tight, this has helped him turn financially troubled organizations around through discipline, strategy, and empowering team members. He has an International MBA from Grenoble Ecole de Management focused on Management Consulting, Digital Transformation, and Sustainable Business Strategy.

    When not solving problems, he can be found skiing, reading, riding his bike with family and friends.

We are constantly looking down the line: using our sustainability background to make operations more efficient and transparent and taking climate migration trends, GDP, and population growth into consideration. We operate five steps ahead, so that we can provide the opportunity for a better long term investment, as well as a higher level of deal flow, so partners can continue investing and profiting.

  • From our Sprinter van family adventures to our love of skiing and cycling, we have a zest for life and particular brand of humility that puts everyone we interact with at ease. Though we’ve got the smarts and experience to match and/or exceed our competitors, the way that we interact with potential investors feels different – less stuffy and formal, more friendly and heart-forward.
